Refunds and cancellation

Free trial

The 14-day trial is free and doesn't need a card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. We don't refund part-months.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel within 30 days of paying, we refund the annual fee less the monthly price for the months used. After 30 days, the subscription runs to the end of the paid year.

Professional services

Monthly retainers can be ended with 30 days' written notice unless the engagement letter sets a minimum term. Fees for work already performed are not refundable. Project advances are adjusted against work completed.

Offshore engagements

The $499 audit is non-refundable once work has started, and is credited against the first pod month if you continue within 60 days. Pods can be scaled or ended with 30 days' notice.

Late payment

We send reminders, then allow a 15-day grace period. After that the account becomes read-only: you can view and export, but not create new transactions, until the account is paid. Data is never deleted for non-payment.

After cancellation

Your data stays available read-only for 30 days for export. After that it is deleted from live systems, and from backups within the following 30 days, unless law requires us to keep it.
