Terms of service
Home / Terms of service
These terms apply to the Bebaak website, applications and services provided by Bizseed Ventures Private Limited ("Bebaak"). Professional services are also governed by the engagement letter signed for them; where the two differ, the engagement letter prevails.
Accounts
You're responsible for the users you invite, their access levels and keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance at the prices on bebaak.co, plus GST
- Each plan includes the usage allowance described on the pricing page; extra usage is charged as published
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice; annual subscriptions keep their price until renewal
Your data
You own the business data you put into Bebaak. We use it only to provide the service to you. You can export it at any time in standard formats.
Acceptable use
Don't use Bebaak for unlawful activity, to access another client's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without a partner agreement.
Analysis and advice
Scores, forecasts and readiness reports are analytical tools based on the data you provide. They are not credit ratings, audit opinions or guarantees of finance. Statutory filings and audit sign-offs remain the responsibility of you and your appointed professionals unless an engagement letter says otherwise.
Availability
We aim for high availability and take daily backups, but don't promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Suspension and termination
Unpaid accounts move to read-only after a grace period; we don't delete data for non-payment. Either party may end a subscription with effect from the next billing period.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction, unless an engagement letter for an overseas client specifies otherwise.
