How to choose a starting point, switch to annual and add users or one-off reports
Subscription & billing shows four starting points — Free Score ₹0, Bank-Ready ₹1,999, Books ₹999, CFO Desk ₹6,999 — then Build your own with the full app list. Annual is shown first: pay 10 months for 12.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open Settings → Subscription & billing.
- Pick a starting point or press Build your own to add apps one by one. A bundle replaces only its own apps you bought one by one; CFO Desk covers Bank-Ready.
- Switch to annual: two months free (10 months billed for 12). Annual plans include one free CA-reviewed Score report per year — ask for it on this screen.
- Books includes 3 users; set Extra users to add more at ₹149 each a month (from the next invoice).
- Tax & Compliance is ₹699 for the first GSTIN when you have Books (₹999 otherwise).
- Buy one CMA (₹2,999) or Score + HealthCheck (₹999) as one-time purchases; a draft invoice is made for each.
- Bebaak AI is ₹0 for paying customers while it is in early access (the monthly question cap applies).
Tips
- CFO Desk includes a monthly 45-minute CA review call and a quarterly CMA refresh — they appear on this screen when scheduled.
- Society+ is billed monthly as flats × ₹0.75 × days in the month plus ₹999; societies on the earlier price keep it until their next renewal.
