How to redeem a Bebaak token or promo code

Check what a code does before applying it to your plan.

Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin). Only your organisation's administrator can redeem codes.

Steps

Step by step

Open Redeem a code (from Subscription & billing).
1. Check the code: type it (format BBK-XXXX-XXXX) and click Show what it does — you'll see its effect, e.g. a discount, free months or an extra app.
For waiver codes, choose the Invoice it applies to.
2. Apply it: click Apply to my plan.
The change shows in Subscription & billing.
