Offshore accounting · Australia & New Zealand

Offshore accounting for accounting firms in Australia and New Zealand.

Bebaak supports Australian and New Zealand accounting firms with bookkeeping, BAS/GST preparation support, reconciliations, management reports and year-end workpapers from India, in your Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks. Start with a US$499 audit or trial file; a shared pod is US$2,500/month (AUD quotes on request). Your registered agents review and lodge.

  • Firms that need capacity after 30 June
  • Firms already working in cloud ledgers

Who it's not for

  • Work that must be performed by a registered tax or BAS agent — your agents review and lodge

Time-zone overlap

  • Sydney and Melbourne are 4½ hours (AEST) or 5½ hours (AEDT) ahead of India; New Zealand is 6½–7½ hours ahead; Perth is 2½ hours ahead.
  • Your afternoon overlaps our morning — typically 3–4 hours of shared time with the east coast and most of the day with Perth.
  • Work sent at your end of day can be progressed during our day.

Tax-season scaling

  • Australia's financial year ends 30 June; New Zealand's standard tax year ends 31 March — plan pod capacity for the months that follow.
  • Add files for the season (US$150 per extra file in a shared pod).
