Is there a setup fee?
No separate setup fee. The audit or trial file is the paid first step; onboarding is part of the first month.
How is billing done?
Monthly in advance, invoiced in USD (GBP, AUD or AED on request) by Bizseed Ventures Private Limited, India. Payment by international wire, Wise or Skydo.
Is it unlimited work for a flat fee?
No. Each model has a defined capacity — a number of client files or a full-time person. Extra files or hours are priced transparently.
What is not included?
Signing returns or audit opinions, filing with tax authorities, and work your contracts require to be performed onshore. Your licensed professionals keep those responsibilities.
Can we cancel?
Engagements run month to month after the first period agreed in the statement of work; notice terms are set out in the proposal.
How do we compare it with hiring locally?
