Checkout takes UPI to your own UPI ID (you confirm receipt), cash on delivery, pay at pickup, or Razorpay / Cashfree with your own keys; GST is calculated from the delivery state; and every order becomes a sales order, invoice and payment in Books. You also get order tracking, returns that create a credit note and restock, coupons, abandoned-cart follow-up, WhatsApp share and order buttons, Google Merchant and Facebook/Instagram catalogue feeds, a QR poster for your counter and an ONDC-ready catalogue export.
