Bebaak Loom · Fashion PLM & Production Floor

Style-centric fashion PLM and production — from approvals to every factory floor.

Bebaak Loom organises everything around the style: size × colour matrix, tech packs with grading, sampling, costing that becomes the BOM, and approval workflows configured per brand or buyer — lab dips, strike-offs, embroidery, trims, fabric and shade bands, fit, size-set and PP samples, test reports and packaging — with a buyer acceptance portal and gates such as no bulk cutting before PP approval. Production runs across several factories under one company (owned, contracted, leased or job-worker), each with its own dashboard and a consolidated view: T&A calendar, cut plans, bundle tracking, hourly line output with SAM-based efficiency, DHU and AQL. Job work is managed end to end, and configurable process routes track expected vs actual process loss, valued by process, factory and job worker. Loom works with Make.

FAQs

Questions about Loom

Do I need Make?
Yes. Loom adds fashion-specific PLM, approvals and floor tracking on top of Make's BOMs and work orders.
Can buyers approve samples online?
Yes, through the buyer acceptance portal, with workflows set per brand or buyer.
Does Loom connect to marker/CAD or RFID?
No. Marker length and efficiency are entered on the costing and lay plan; Loom has no marker/CAD or RFID integration. Line output is recorded on the line tablet.
Does Loom file ITC-04?
No. It exports the job-work challans and receipts you need; filing is done by you or your CA.
How is process loss measured?
Each process route has an expected loss %; actual loss is measured from issues and receipts and valued by process, factory and job worker.
