How to capture a document
Capture any document into the app that owns it: bills to purchases, receipts to expenses, statements to banking, contracts to DealFlow, shipping documents to EXIMFlow.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Open Capture.
- Upload, photograph or forward the document.
- Choose its kind (or accept the suggestion).
- Open it in the target app, check the fields read, and confirm.
