Can I buy only the online store?
Yes. Either part can be bought on its own, or both together.
Which store formats does Counter support?
Company-owned and franchise formats (COCO, COFO, FOFO, FOCO), shop-in-shop and concession, consignment, kiosks and pop-ups — set per store.
Which payments work online?
UPI, cash on delivery and pay at pickup are live. Card and netbanking payments are in beta until the first live test payment.
