How to find and manage marketing contacts
Every captured e-mail, de-duplicated: where it came from, first and last seen, consent, lists and segments; export and import.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open Connect → Contacts.
- Search or filter by source (for example website-template:), consent, list or tag.
- Open a contact for its history.
- Import a CSV (with a consent column if you have consent) or export a list if your role allows it.
