How unsubscribing works
Anyone who receives a marketing e-mail can unsubscribe in one click from the link in the mail — no sign-in. They are added to the sender's suppression list and get no more marketing mail from that organisation.
Who can do this: Anyone who received a marketing e-mail.
Steps
Step by step
- Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the e-mail.
- The page confirms you are unsubscribed from that organisation's marketing e-mails.
- Service e-mails (invoices, receipts, replies to your own requests) may still be sent.
