How to compare scenarios and log a decision

Compare up to three scenarios over 12 months and record what you decided.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

  1. Open Decisions → New scenario (see next guide) — create two or three.
  2. Tick up to 3 and click Compare ticked.
  3. Side by side · 12 months shows revenue, EBITDA, closing cash by month, lowest cash, DSCR and current ratio at month 12.
  4. Click Log a decision: choose the Chosen scenario, write the Decision and Why, set Review on date. Rejected options are recorded too.
