RoCFlow reports
Compliance status by company, pending filings with indicative penalties, a director-wise report and secretarial-audit (MR-3) working papers.
Who can do this: People with RoCFlow access (company secretary, admins, accountants). Viewers can look but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open RoCFlow → Reports.
- Choose the report and company (or all companies).
- Download to Excel / CSV or print.
Tips
- Penalties are indicative 'up to' exposure worked out by simple arithmetic; the adjudicating officer decides the actual amount.
