How to track Advance Authorisation and EPCG licences
Advance Authorisation and EPCG licences: permitted inputs and the balance left, duty forgone on imports, and your export obligation (for EPCG, 6 × the duty saved) with % fulfilled.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open EXIMFlow → Registers → Licences → New.
- Enter the licence type, number, dates, permitted inputs and the obligation.
- Link import shipments made under the licence; duty forgone and the input balance update.
- Link export shipments; the obligation fulfilled updates from their FOB value in rupees.
Tips
- Inputs are matched by HSN prefix only — SION norms are not applied.
- Check figures against your licence and DGFT records.
