How to edit commentary, actions and share a pack

Finish one pack: management commentary, action items, refresh figures, PDF.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

  1. Open the pack.
  2. Refresh figures if you posted entries after generating it.
  3. Write Management commentary — or use Ask Bebaak AI and "Use this draft", then edit.
  4. Add an action: action, owner and due date.
  5. Tick Visible to view-only users to share with directors or investors who have Viewer access.
  6. Print / PDF for the meeting; change status to Final.
