How to ask Bebaak AI about your numbers

Ask plain-language questions about totals, ratios and trends in your own books.

Who can do this: Users in organisations whose admin has opted in under Settings → AI, once Bebaak has made the service available (it is in early access).

Steps

Step by step

  1. Open Bebaak AI, or click Ask Bebaak AI on Home, Nazar, Board or a report.
  2. Type your question, e.g. "Why did profit fall this month?"
  3. Read the answer and the figures it is based on. It is a draft — check it against your books.
  4. On Board packs, "Use this draft" puts the answer into your commentary for you to edit.
  5. Questions this month shows how many of your organisation's 100 monthly questions are used.

Questions

What can it see?
Totals and ratios from your organisation's books, read-only. It cannot change anything.
Does it give legal or tax opinions?
No — check those with your CA.
Are names sent to the AI provider?
No. Party names are masked before anything is sent. Anthropic is the AI sub-processor.
Why can't I see Bebaak AI?
It needs both: Bebaak must switch the service on (pending during early access), and your admin must opt in under Settings → AI.
