New in v0.20: find and merge duplicate leads.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Connect → Duplicates.
- Review each suggested pair.
- Merge them; activities and deals move to the lead you keep.
