How to read the Marketing dashboard
Contacts captured, how many have consent, mails sent this month against your plan's limit, and how your campaigns and sequences are doing.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Open Connect → Marketing.
- Check contacts captured and consent (Subscribed / Not asked / Unsubscribed).
- Check sends this month against your monthly limit.
- Open a campaign or sequence from the lists below for details.
Tips
- Marketing mail goes only to Subscribed contacts with no bounce, complaint or unsubscribe.
