How to set up quotes, campaigns, web forms and assignment
New in v0.20: quotes, campaigns (with cost, to see cost per lead and customer), web forms, assignment rules and activity types.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Connect → Quotes, Campaigns, Web forms or Assignment.
- Campaigns: record the cost so the dashboard shows cost per lead and per customer.
- Web forms: create a form and copy the embed code for your own website.
- Assignment: rules that give new leads to the right person.
