How to upload data with Data Bridge

Upload a trial balance (and optional files) from any accounting system by choosing what you want to know.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

Intelligence → Data Bridge → New analysis.
Step 1 · What do you want to know? Pick a goal: Business health, Cash & working capital, Bank loan readiness or Full pack.
Enter the Business name, Accounting system and the period (from–to).
Drop all your files in one box. The trial balance is required; each optional file says what it improves.
Bebaak shows "We think it is…" for each file. If a file is Not recognised, choose its type.
Click Upload & check. You'll go to the upload page to review.

Download the templates (trial balance, ageing, bank statement) from Resources → Templates if your export looks different.
