How to check fields ScanFlow could not read
Documents whose fields (number, date, party, amount) ScanFlow could not read with enough confidence. You check them against the file and confirm; the document number, folder and review then follow automatically.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open ScanFlow → Indexing.
- Pick a document. The file opens beside the fields ScanFlow read, each with a confidence figure.
- Correct any field that is wrong and fill any that are empty.
- Choose Confirm. ScanFlow gives the document its number, files it and starts its review if one is set.
Tips
- Confidence is rule-based (text layer or OCR), not a trained AI model; unusual layouts need field hints in document types.
