How to use the letters register

New in v0.20: see letters received — the inward register with reply-by date and owner — and letters sent on your letterhead.

Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.

Steps

Step by step

Open Letters.
Switch between letters received and letters sent.
Check the reply-by date and owner for each letter received; open a letter to act on it.
