How to manage job work and the ITC-04 view
Materials sent to job workers, goods received back, and the ITC-04 view for GST.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Make → Job work → New. Choose the job worker and materials sent (a delivery challan is created).
- When processed goods come back, record the receipt against the challan.
- The ITC-04 view lists challans and receipts for the period for your GST filing.
- Materials not returned within the GST time limits are highlighted.
