How to set KPI targets and alerts

Get told when a KPI crosses a line you choose.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

  1. Nazar → KPIs → KPI targets & alerts → Add target.
  2. Choose the KPI (e.g. DSO), set Target and Alert when (Above target or Below target).
  3. Save. Bebaak checks daily; alerts appear on Home and in the bell.
  4. Remove a target with Remove.
