How to import biometric device files
New in v0.20: upload the export file from your biometric device (ESSL, ZKTeco or a custom layout) using a saved column mapping. Bebaak imports device files; it does not connect to the device live.
Who can do this: HR and organisation admins.
Steps
Step by step
- People → Attendance → import.
- Export the punches from your biometric device.
- Upload the file and choose the device type (ESSL, ZKTeco or custom).
- Map the columns once; the mapping is saved for next time.
- Review and import; the punches appear in the attendance grid.
