How to see who opened or changed a file
Who viewed, downloaded, copied, changed, shared or deleted it — from the audit chain; export CSV.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the file → Access log.
- Filter by action or person.
- Export CSV if you need to share it.
