How to keep the company master, directors and KMP
New in v0.20: company master (CIN, type, capital, auditor and tenure), directors and KMP (DIN, KYC, MBP-1, DIR-8) and committees; firms add client companies.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Sachiv → Company & people.
- Fill in the company master: CIN, type, capital, auditor and tenure.
- Add directors and KMP with DIN; track DIR-3 KYC, MBP-1 and DIR-8.
- Set up committees. In firm mode, add client companies.
