How to add stores and set franchise commercials
Stores by format (COCO, FOFO, SIS, consignment…), with analytics, partner balances and settlements.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Counter → Stores → Add a store: Store name, Format, City, Area (sq ft) and Store GSTIN (if separate).
- Partner: for FOFO and consignment the franchisee/partner is a customer; for COFO, FOCO, SIS and marketplace the partner is a supplier — pick their customer or supplier ID.
- Commercials: Franchise fee (one-time), Royalty %, Franchisee margin %, Revenue share to partner %, Minimum guarantee / month, Rent / month, Operator fee % and Marketing % — fill only those that apply.
- Save store. The list shows Sales, Sell-through, Stock at partner locations, Franchisee receivables and what each partner owes.
