How to set up stores and retail formats
Configure each store by format so stock ownership, billing and settlements follow the right rules.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Counter → Stores → Add store: name, address, GSTIN and outlet warehouse.
- Choose the format: COCO (company-owned, company-operated), COFO (company-owned, franchise-operated), FOFO (franchise-owned, franchise-operated), FOCO (franchise-owned, company-operated), shop-in-shop / concession, consignment / sale-or-return, kiosk / pop-up, or online.
- For franchise, SIS and consignment stores, enter the commercial terms (see Franchise settlements).
- Add terminals to the store.
- Analytics now group sales by store and by format.
