Help · EXIMFlow: exports & imports
How to track an export or import contract and its profit
One export or import contract: quantity, price, tolerance (±%), balance still to ship, and profit and loss — sales, forex, incentives, purchases, expenses, freight, bank and finance cost. You can print the contract and link it to DealFlow.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open EXIMFlow → Registers → Contracts and open a contract (or create one).
- Enter the buyer or supplier, quantity, price and tolerance.
- Link shipments to it as they go; the balance to ship updates.
- Read the P&L panel for the contract's result so far.
- Download the contract document, or link the contract to a DealFlow record for legal follow-up.
Tips
- The balance adds line quantities across linked shipments regardless of unit, so keep one unit per contract.
