How to read the DealFlow home

The contract pipeline, value under contract, expiries, signed copies not yet checked, overdue obligations, approvals waiting and legal exposure — at a glance.

Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.

Steps

Step by step

  1. Open DealFlow → DealFlow home.
  2. The pipeline shows contracts by status and how long they have been there.
  3. Tiles show contracts expiring soon, signed copies waiting for reconciliation, overdue obligations and approvals waiting for you.
  4. The legal tile shows open matters and exposure. Click any tile to open the list behind it.
