How to preview and download export documents
Preview any export document — proforma, commercial or customs invoice, packing list, contract, bill-of-lading draft, export value declaration or quotation — drawn live from the shipment, order or contract, and download a draft PDF.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open EXIMFlow → Documents (or the Documents tab on a shipment).
- Choose the document type and the shipment, order or contract it is for.
- Check the preview; it always shows the current data, so fix any mistake on the shipment itself.
- Download the draft PDF. To issue a final copy, use the shipment's documents section (maker-checker).
Tips
- Documents are generated for exports only; import documents are received, not generated.
