How to take an enquiry to a confirmed order
New in v0.20: enquiry → quote → proforma → confirmed order, then create the shipment from it.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Trade → Orders & quotes → New quote / order.
- Move it from enquiry to quote, proforma and confirmed order.
- Create the shipment from the confirmed order — nothing is retyped.
