Couriers & shipping

Connect Delhivery to Bebaak

Shipping charges by PIN codes and weight, booking a waybill (AWB), the packing slip / label PDF, pickup requests, tracking and cancellation — through your own Delhivery account.

Applies to: Bebaak (app.bebaak.co) — any organisation, including Bebaak itself. Last checked: 5 November 2026.

Provider menus change from time to time; if a name below differs slightly, look for the nearest match. Never e-mail or share your keys — paste them only into Bebaak.

What you get: shipping charges by PIN codes and weight, booking a waybill (AWB), the packing slip / label PDF, pickup requests, tracking and cancellation — through your own Delhivery account. Delhivery bills you as per your contract.

Before you start

  • A Delhivery business account (Delhivery One) with a registered pickup location / warehouse name.
  • Delhivery gives a staging (test) token and a production token. Bebaak's Test mode uses Delhivery's staging server; Live mode uses production.
  • In Bebaak you must be the organisation's admin.

Steps

  1. Get the token. Sign in at one.delhivery.com → Settings → API setup → copy the API token. Ask your Delhivery account manager for the staging token if it is not shown.
  2. Open the wizard in Bebaak. Settings → Integrations, choose Delhivery under Shipping and start the wizard.
  3. Paste in Bebaak:

API tokenthe staging token (with Test mode ticked)
Client / warehouse nameyour pickup location name exactly as registered with Delhivery
  1. Press Save, then Test connection (Bebaak checks a PIN code with your token). Status “Connected (test passed)” appears only if Delhivery accepted it.
  2. Webhook for status updates: Settings → Integrations → Health & log shows a “Status webhook” address. Delhivery sets up push updates through your account manager / API support — send them that address. Without it, use Update tracking on a shipment.
  3. Test-mode check: Settings → Integrations → Shipments → New shipment (provider Delhivery) → Compare rates → Book → Get label → Update tracking. In staging, the AWB and label are test ones.

Go-live checklist

  • Paste the production token, untick Test mode, press Test connection.
  • Book one real parcel, print the label, Ask for pickup with the date.
  • Check the AWB on Delhivery's tracking page matches Bebaak.
  • Send the webhook address to Delhivery for live updates.

Troubleshooting

  • “Delhivery answered but not as expected — check the token” — staging token with Test mode off, or the other way round.
  • “Delhivery did not give a waybill: …” — Delhivery's reason follows (e.g. pickup location name wrong, PIN not serviceable, missing phone).
  • Rates empty — PIN codes not serviceable or weight outside the slab.
  • Health & log lists each call with tries (Bebaak retries up to 3 times on a brief outage) and the answer. Tokens are never logged.

Security notes

  • The token is stored encrypted. To stop: Settings → Integrations → Delhivery → Disconnect (token deleted).
