How to turn on Bebaak AI for your organisation
Bebaak AI works only when both are true: Bebaak has made the service available (this is still pending — Bebaak AI is in early access), and your organisation admin has opted in under Settings → AI after reading the consent note.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Settings → AI. The page shows whether the service is available to your organisation yet.
- If it is available, read the consent note: party names (customers, suppliers, employees, members) are masked before anything is sent; Anthropic is the AI sub-processor; answers are drafts that you must check.
- Tick to accept and opt in, and choose which users may use it.
- Bebaak AI is read-only and each organisation has 100 questions a month.
- You can opt out at any time from the same page.
