How to set the contract approval grid
Contract type × value band × risk × deviation from your clause library decides who approves and in what order; saved as approval rules.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open DealFlow → Approval grid.
- Pick a contract type and add value bands.
- For each band and risk level, choose approvers and their order; add an extra approver when a clause deviates from the library.
- Save — the grid becomes approval rules used for every new contract.
