How to run an order: T&A, factories, materials, packing and shipment
One order: T&A calendar, factory allocation, material requirement, work orders, gates, packing and shipment.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the order. The T&A calendar shows each milestone (Planned, Actual, Delay, Owner); mark milestones done.
- Allocation across factories: split pieces between factories and lines → Save allocation.
- Materials vs stock shows what's short.
- Gates (configurable) hold steps until approvals are in — e.g. bulk cutting waits for PP approval. To override, use Ask to release with Why release now?
- WIP by stage and Cut plans & bundles track progress.
- Add packing list (cartons by size × colour), print Carton labels, then Ship.
