How to plan lays and track bundles

Cut plans, lays and bundles with cutting-loss capture; bulk cutting is gated on PP approval.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

Loom → Cutting → Add lay plan: Order, Colour, Lay no., Marker length m, Plies and size ratio.
Record Fabric used (m) and Rejected pieces to capture cutting loss.
Bundles are created with Pcs / bundle; assign the Line (for sewing).
Select bundles and Move selected to the next Stage.
If PP approval isn't in, the gate stops bulk cutting for that order.
