How to configure Loom
Working minutes, efficiency and DHU bands, AQL, defect codes, approval templates, gates and process routes.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Loom → Settings → Shift, targets, thresholds, AQL: Working minutes / day, hour slots, planned line efficiency %, efficiency and DHU green/amber bands, inspection level and AQL major/minor.
- Defect codes with category and severity.
- Approval templates per buyer (blank = default) and the T&A template (days before ex-factory).
- Gates (cannot proceed until approved): e.g. bulk cutting needs PP approval.
- Process routes & expected loss, and the flag threshold for loss above expected.
- SAM library (operation bulletins) → Save.
