How to use the operation bulletin and line balancing
Operation bulletin, line balancing and operator output and efficiency.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Loom → Efficiency. The Operation bulletin lists operations with Machine and SAM (from the SAM library in Settings).
- Line balance: Needed vs Allotted operators per operation and Load % — move operators to remove bottlenecks.
- Record operator output; Operator efficiency (today) = pieces × SAM ÷ minutes worked.
