How to manage one style: colour-ways, trims, variants and costing
One style: tech pack, costing, approvals, variants and orders.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the style. Style details, colour-ways and trims: add colour-ways (Code / Pantone), main fabric (item code, composition, GSM) and trims with Qty / pc → Save style / Save trims.
- Create ERPNext variants (size × colour) to make an item per variant.
- New tech pack and New costing start those documents.
- Approvals shows the approval board for this style; apply the approval template from an order.
