How to run a work order from start to finish

Issue material, record job cards and output, book scrap and see cost variance.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

Create a work order from a sales order, the planning screen or Make → Work orders → New.
Transfer material to work-in-progress.
Record job cards for each operation (time and operator).
Finish: enter the quantity produced and any scrap.
Bebaak consumes materials, adds finished goods to stock and shows actual vs standard cost.
