How to connect your payment gateway and UPI QR

New in v0.20: connect your own Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe PG or Stripe account, and add your own UPI ID or QR.

Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).

Steps

Step by step

Settings → Payments.
Under Online payment gateways, open your gateway and enter the Key id, Key secret and Webhook secret (stored encrypted, never shown again). Choose where Payouts land.
Copy the Webhook address into your gateway dashboard and follow the Set-up checklist; keep Test mode on until you are ready.
Click Test connection — the status shows Connection OK or Connection failed with the reason.
Under Your own UPI QR add the UPI ID (VPA), payee name and the ledger the money lands in; optionally upload your QR image.
Under Pay now on documents and reminders, choose whether invoice PDFs and emails show Pay now and the UPI QR, and set reminders.

Gateway connections are built and tested in test mode; they have not yet been proven with live payments. Make one small live test payment first.
