How to post or export payroll
New in v0.20: post the payroll journal to Bebaak Books, or export it (Excel, CSV, Tally XML) with the bank file, PF ECR and ESI file when your books are elsewhere.
Who can do this: HR and organisation admins.
Steps
Step by step
- People → Outputs for the month.
- If you use Bebaak Books: post the payroll journal.
- If your books are elsewhere: download the journal as Excel, CSV or Tally XML.
- Download the bank file, the PF ECR and the ESI file for upload on the bank, EPFO and ESIC portals.
