How to use delivery challans
Delivery challans (delivery notes) record goods sent to customers. Stock reduces when you submit.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Sales → Delivery challans → New, or from a sales order click Create delivery challan.
- Check items and quantities actually sent.
- Save and submit — stock is reduced.
- When you bill, open the challan and click Convert to invoice.
