How to manage quotes
Quotations sent to customers and their status: Draft, Open, Ordered, Expired, Lost or Cancelled.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Sales → Quotes.
- Use the tabs to see Open quotes or those that became orders.
- Open a quote to email it, convert it to a sales order or invoice, or mark it lost.
