How to add logos and default rules
Several logos with default rules by brand, document and customer group.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the section (or search settings by name).
- Settings → Logos → Logos & rules: upload each logo and mark the organisation default.
- Add rules for which logo prints on which brand, document type or customer group.
- The most specific matching rule wins; otherwise the default is used.
- Click Save. Sensitive values — GSTINs, number series, security — still go through approvals if your organisation has approval rules for settings.
