How to set security: two-factor, passwords and sessions
Two-factor sign-in, password policy, sessions, sign-in history and IP allow-list.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Settings → Security & privacy.
- Two-factor sign-in: set it up for yourself (a code is sent to your email; save the backup codes shown once), then turn on Require two-factor sign-in for admins.
- Password length and IP allow-list: set the minimum password length and, if you need it, the IP addresses allowed to sign in.
- Review active sessions and sign-in history (visible to admins).
- Terms you accepted and Your data (DPDP Act) are shown here too.
