How to set up white label branding
With the white-label add-on, your organisation's app name, logo, icon, colours (contrast checked), sign-in page, e-mails and PDFs carry your brand, with a live preview. A small “Powered by Bebaak” line stays at the bottom.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open Settings → White label (shown when the add-on is enabled for your organisation).
- Enter the app name and upload the logo and icon.
- Pick primary, accent and menu colours; Bebaak warns if text would be hard to read.
- Set the sign-in page, e-mail sender name and footer, and PDF header.
- Check the live preview and save; add your custom domain under Settings → Domains.
Tips
- White label is available for partners and larger organisations — contact sales to enable it.
